Research Directions:

Quantum secure direct communication, quantum repeater and communication system, quantum network and devices, quantum communication theory.

Research Areas:

(1) Develop key technologies, devices and systems for quantum secure direct communication.

(2) Develop on-chip entangled light source, multi-photon and multi-dimensional Bell-state

measurement and other technologies, realize quantum repeater network and long-distance quantum secure communication.

(3) Conduct studies and develop the key technologies and devices for quantum network, construct secure-repeater based intra-city, inter-city, satellite-ground and global quantum networks.

(4) Conduct research on quantum communication and quantum cryptography theories.
