About

Our research group is a team presently including 7 research members. Our research target is exploiting high performance quantum light sources and detectors, providing profound insights into understanding of phenomena arising from semiconductors materials and structures such as quantum dots, nanowires and wells, and mastering fabrication technologies of quantum functional devices.
