Ding Zhang

Dr. Ding Zhang did his PhD study in Max Planck Institute for Solid State Research, Stuttgart, Germany from 2008 to 2014. He then joined Tsinghua University as a post-doc. Since 2016, he started as a tenure-track assistant professor in Department of Physics, Tsinghua University. In 2018, he was promoted to associate professor. Dr. Zhang is an experimentalist in condensed matter physics, with the current interest in low-dimensional/high temperature superconductivity, and ultralow-temperature magneto-transport techniques. He was recognized as the “35 Innovators Under 35” by MIT Technology Review China in 2020.
