BAQIS cafeteria provides 3 quality meals daily, with extremely favorable prices for its employees. It may also provide customized meals for Muslims, and people of other religions. 

Accommodation (long term)

BAQIS does not have residential properties for rent, but our international department will provide recommendations for apartments close to BAQIS, and your departmental assistant will help you to find an apartment appropriate to your specific needs and go through the rent contract.

Usually, the landlord will ask you to prepay 3-month rent in advance plus a deposit of 1-month rent. If you use a broker for helping to find the apartment, the service charge is also 1-month rent. Therefore, you need to prepare 5-month rent in advance. An average apartment rent is around 6000 RMB per month, i.e. you need to get at least 30,000 RMB ready in hand for a settlement of the housing.
