Registration

When you arrive, you need to go to the International Department on the 3rd floor of BAQIS building, for registration, unless you have been told otherwise. (Large events like conferences may have their registration at the entrance of the Conference Hall.)

The Office Hour is 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Once you have registered, you will receive a Welcome Package including:

ü GUEST CARD (with which, you can dine in BAQIS cafeteria);

ü  Instruction sheet on setting up the internet connections;

ü  Visitors’Guide;

ü  BAQIS Brochure.

ü  You may also be assigned an office space if required.

Please refer to the separate instruction sheet for setting up WIFI connection.

ü Printer, etc.

Please ask our international staff for help to get the tech support colleagues if you have questions regarding computing and related issues, such as installing drivers for the BAQIS printers, borrowing a laptop, connecting your laptop to the network, borrowing power adapters, getting instructions on scanning or copying documents, etc.
