To apply for the Residence Permit, the following documents (both original and print copies) need to be provided: 

1)    Passport (print copies should include:

       passport info page, Chinese visa page, Custom stamp page);

2)  “Accommodation Registration Form” certified by the local police station if you have found an apartment, or                             “Registration Form of Temporary Residence” certified by the hotel if you have not found an apartment yet;

3)    Application form filled, signed and officially stamped;

4)    2 passport photos (3.5cm x 5.3cm, high resolution) against white background taken within recent 6 months;

5)    Work Permit;

6)    Notice of Administrative Decision by Beijing Foreign Expert Bureau;

7)    Confirmation Letter for High Level Foreign Talents (if applicable – for “Talents Residence Permit” only)

8)    Application Letter by BAQIS;

9)    Health Check Report (verified)
