Health Check

If you performed health check outside China, the health check report received abroad needs to be verified by the International Travel Health Care Center (ITHCC) under the General Administration of Customs, China.

For either health check or verification of health check report, you need to go to ITHCC. You may book an appointment at:

ü  Select Inbound M.E. Appointment

Documents need to be provided before health check

  1) Passport (original document)

  2) Passport Info page + Chinese visa (print copy)

  3) “NOTIFICATION LETTER OF FOREIGNER’S WORK PERMIT” or “Confirmation Letter for High Level Foreign Talents”;

  4)  2 passport photos (3.5cm x 5.3cm, high resolution) against white background taken within recent 6 months;

  5)  Cash: 500 RMB (bank card/WeChat pay, Ali Pay may be acceptable, but it is strongly suggested that you bring cash)

Notes: Service Charge: 495.30 RMB (for health check)
